Shredded Kani crab stick tossed in a yuzu miso aioli topped with scallion and togarashi seven spice. Accompanied by a side of carrot and ginger salad, spiced hard boiled egg, and your choice of rice.

Tuna Bento Box
Togarashi seven spice coated and seared big eye tuna loin sliced thin and served with sides of tsukemono soy pickled vegtables, sesame wakme seaweed salad and your choice of rice.

Tuna Tataki Poke
Shichimi Seared Big Eye Tuna mixed with Cucumber/Scallion/ and Yama-Gobo (Pickled Burdock Root), topped with Masago and Sesame Seed, dressed lightly in a Chili Sesame Oil and Tosazu Sauce (Vinegar Soy), served over White Short Grain Sushi Rice with Green Sea Weed Salad and Pickled Ginger.

Hawaiian Salmon Poke
Diced salmon lightly marinated in pineapple ponzu sauce, sesame oil and chili oil. Tossed with soy marinated pineapple, diced cucumbers and watermelon raddish. Served over toasted coconut white or brown sushi rice, topped with scallions and gomoshio (crispy garlic and sesame crumble)

Yellowtail Woodland Poké
Diced Hamachi yellowtail tuna, marinaded in maple shoyu soy dressing. Tossed with diced cucumber, roasted sweet potato and toasted walnut served over a bed of rice. Topped with scallion, pickled enoki mushroom, and truffle rosemary aioli. 

Western Dragon Tuna Poke

Big Eye Tuna marinated in tosazu sauce (sweet and savery soy marinated with mirin and bonito falkes), sesame oil and chili oil. Tossed with diced cucumber, edemame, Takuan Taro (sour pickled mountian yam) on a bed of rice. Topped with spicy Gochujang chili paste aioli, crispy onins and scallion.

Salmon Ceviche Poké
Diced salmon marinaded in lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, tosted cumin, coriander and fennel seed. Tossed with diced red onion, bell peppers, cucumber and jalapeno, served over your choice of rice. Topped with micro cilantro, citrus salt and crispy fried wonton.

Poached Shrimp Poke
Tender Soy poached shrimp, marinated in a sweet giner soy sauce. Tossed with diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper and ponzu merinated pinapple. Served over your choice of rice and tooped with sesame, scallion and smokey chili crisp aioli.

Roasted Chicken Poke
